         I would not like to move into the house without letting you know how pleased P and I are with the work you have carried out, and with a pleasent way we have consulted over the past few months.  I know there have been one or two ‘fraught’ moments, but overall we cannot praise too highly the way everything has gone.  We even moved in on time!

          I think you recognised from the outset my feelings for the house and I really appreciate the interest you have personally taken in the renovation.
